PapooSoft
The software that allows use to express yourself and customize your Papoo device.
Your own pictures into the Papoo.
With the PapooSoft, you can customize 2 main aspects of the Papoo :
• the content (photso, messages, categories/organization)
• the behavior of your device(to adapt the device to its user).
You can then create specific messages depending to your use, the context, from pictures of your family, or pictures referring to your living context, for instance.
The PapooSoft allows you to retrieve pictures from your computer, no matter what the picture/file format is.
Creating a message is simple et intuitive:
1. Choose a picture
2. Type in a message with your keyboard, to be associated to the picture
3. Organize your messages by categories
The set of messages and categories is called a « Papoorama ».
Minimum Configuration required
• PC running a Windows XP
• DVD-ROM driver
• 600 Mo free space on hard drive
• 512 Mo RAM minimum
• Speakers for pre-listeinning (optionnal)
Installing Papoosoft
Insert the provided DVD into the DVD-ROm driver of your computer. The installation process should automatically start. If it doesn't, double-click on the DVD-Rom driver icon. Then, follow the instructions given by the PapooSoft setup program.
User interface
Here is the main view of the PapooSoft that appears first. From this interface, you can perform all actions provided by the PapooSoft.
Ergonomics
The ergonomics of the software has been designed to offer you an intuitive and easy use. All available actions are at your disposal, right in front of you, through buttons. Nothing has been dissimulated into hidden menus or sub-menus, for a better understanding, and a faster access to functions.
Using PapooSoft with Papoo
The Papoo device must be connected to the computer running the PapooSoft, so its content and/or behavior can be updated after your customization. To have it connected,you must connect the PapooDevice to the computern thanks to the USB cable provided with the device.
